I'm going through the notes on my phone... sometimes I use it write down my dreams when I wake up. Some of these are just bizarre:

1/21: Dream: [a friend of mine] may have murdered a girl some time ago
3/15: Dream: i was holdin up my camera while driving and captured a dog who jumped into andy richter's car
Ha ha I just learned the other day that the mannequins from the Old Navy commercials have names and detailed biographies
Drew Friedman showed off some "Cool Art Pencils" designed by him and Gary Panter and Gary Baseman, which got me to thinking: what happened to cool pencils from the 90s? Whither Yikes!? Did they all die when mechanical pencils took over the pencil scene? Is there a "pencil scene?"
still no sign of bin laden

I've started a collection of Anderson Cooper's Twitter mishaps. Four so far, more to come later maybe?
Introducing Office Cat, a brand new comic about a fat & sassy cat who works in an office
Office Cat feels your pain
Print it out and hang it in your cubicle or put it on your refrigerator
Office Cat loves you
Something I've been noticing is just how much Yahoo! gets shafted by Google. Yahoo! had music in their search results for a while, when suddenly Google came out with the same thing and garnered all the attention from the tech blogs. As I've mentioned before, Yahoo! had (past tense) a reddit/Digg clone called Yahoo! Buzz, when suddenly Google rolled into town with Google Buzz, taking the "buzz" verb with them. Yahoo! has had Yahoo! Pulse which I guess is like a social layer across the Yahoo! network (comments you make on news articles & blog posts, Yahoo! Answers you answer, Flickr photos you upload, and third-party updates show up in your feed) for a year or two, which nobody noticed or cared about. Now Google introduces Google Plus, which is supposed to become a social layer across the Google network. Pulse, Plus?? I'm convinced they're doing this stuff just to screw with them.
A couples weeks ago I quickly slapped together an ironic AMV (anime music video) for my ironic anime blog in support of the ironic Smash Mouth Egg Challenge campaign and it was featured on the Huffington Post (!!!) ...if I'd known that was gonna happen, I'd've spent more time on it. Oh well
I saw a trailer for the next Twilight movie where the werewolf guy gets an invitation to vampire guy & human girl's wedding and he flips out and goes into werewolf mode
WHY DID THEY INVITE HIM?!?!?!??!?
I was looking at some guy's Google+ profile and clicked on Sparks. Somehow I managed to add a comics "spark" even though I don't have a Google+ account. Clicking on Stream works, but there's nothing there and I can't post anything because I don't have any Circles. Clicking on Circles takes me to a "Loading..." page that will never load. Clicking on the main logo takes me back to the "Keep Me Posted" page.
It's like I'm a non-person. Is this how ghosts use social media?
Over the past month, Something Awful writer and influential Twitterer Johnny "DocEvil" Titanium has been asking the lead singer of Smash Mouth to eat 24 eggs, supposedly for charity. Soon, his many followers heeded the call, and continued pestering Smash Mouth via Twitter, Facebook and many other venues, pledging to donate to charity, getting some corporate sponsorship, shaming the media into covering it, and making songs and AMVs to show their support for the Smash Mouth "Egg Challenge."
Well, to the surprise of everyone, the challenge has been accepted:
*~dreams do come true~*
